MY RESPONSE:
Deposits may be a “bit” delayed? 18 days is a “bit” delayed? I don’t think so.
Let’s say you had a flight and they told you it will be a “bit delayed” and then they have you waiting 18 days...?
And then when you ask they tell you .. oh once the plane has been sitting for “some time” we will revisit this..?

I am posting this publicly to show how ridiculous this is.
the fact you can just hold money for no reason just because an account is new and it needs “sometime ” when you already have a designated 7 days and now we’re at 18 should be criminal.
If this is not resolved by the end of the day. I will need to refund my clients money and setup a new platform to use going forward.
It amazes me to think that others can be experiencing this with the payment platform thst was meant to be setup to be easy and convenient to be paid. This is nothing near easy or convenient. How much energy has been put into this? And you have no idea what’s wrong or can’t fix it? Just time? When your push your product as a platform of ease and convenience? & Your only solution is INCONVENIENCE?!

Thank you for your understanding. I have tried several times to reply to the ticket with questions and have not received any response.
We’re now at 16 days and there’s no answer on whats wrong and my confidence in this product is near it’s end. I have other clients I’ve been waiting to bill and am now at the point where I will probably have to refund my clients payments (if that’s even possible at this point) and reissue them on another platform as his recurring payment will draw in 2 weeks, what so you can just hold the funds, indefinitely? NOT DOIN THAT!

I have submitted a ticket (5894550) and received an unacceptable response:
“I have heard back from our team internally and they’ve let me know that deposit schedules may be set to a longer schedule on newer accounts, or as in this case, may not currently have a schedule, but that we’re happy to revisit this once the account has been active for some time.”
How can you just hold my money indefinitely. My first payments came in the 15th, it’s now been 11 days and no one can tell me when my deposits will be available and just tell me in “some time”!? REALLY? Why would anyone want to use this?Forum: Plugins
