In reply to: Endless PHP Processes Until Closed by Remote ServerThe action, whatever I am doing, new post, edit a comment, etc. seems to occur. I have taken to clicking the stop button on the browser if I want to keep using WP.
But, this is Gatesian at best.
Gatesian == Push Start to Stop, Stop to Work, kludge, kludge, kludge the geeks are hacking

In reply to: Your database is out-of-date. Please upgrade.O.K. Before doing a re-install, I went to the cPanel MySQL interface on the remote hosted system and clicked Repair.
When I tried once more, I was able to access wp-admin again. Whew!

In reply to: 500 Error on Main PageWell, this is a new one. I can see the page but if I try to edit a post back to the error message.
Except one time, a survey, “Do you really want to edit this post, No Yes
I selected Yes and got the error message.

In reply to: 500 Error on Main PageNope, the problem returned, so my assumption of finding a solution was incorrect. I hate these intermittent problems.

In reply to: 500 Error on Main PageIn this case, it would appear from testing to be a problem with WordPress Database Backup. Don’t ask me why.

In reply to: 500 Error on Main PageMy error log say Premature end of script headers. Could be a plug-in problem.

In reply to: Unable to post replyAnd, what is really weird is post 1889 appears at my site yet is absent from the database.

From my cPanel on the remote host I ran “repair” on the database and everything checked out.
This is very odd.

In reply to: Lost Multiple Tag FunctionalityAs Ashleigh Brilliant was known to say,
“I waited and waited and when no word came, I knew it was from you.”
The Diva never bestowed her benevolence upon me; she’s busy being acrobatic. Nonetheless, as I posted to her support forum:
“Hm, guess I should listen to the people who help me along the way rather than pestering the UTW support personnel. (Jes Jokin’, RKD, don’t slap me agin, plz)
I reverted to k2b157, an earlier, pre-SBM* verion, and lo and behold, I once again had multi-tag search functionality.
Oh, happy, happy.
* Before Side Bar Modules walked the bout.”
So, this was before, Nybble of Ajax sat atop k2 and cried, “Show me proof.” And, The People in question being Handy Solo of Mu. And, RKD == RockinKiwiDiva.

In reply to: Lost Multiple Tag FunctionalityThe Diva would seem to be unavailable. You know how divas are.

In reply to: Lost Multiple Tag FunctionalityWell, I dunno bout you, but I’m corn-fused.

In reply to: Lost Multiple Tag FunctionalityHm, maybe I’m not the only lonely one with such paranoid ideation, eh?
Forum: Requests and Feedback
In reply to: Lost Multiple Tag FunctionalityDisabled all plug-ins used, except for UTW, without regaining previous multi-tag functionality.
I suspect it has something to do with the stripping of chararcters in functions.php, but disabling the one suspect statement failed to make a difference.
Are you running WP 2.04?
Forum: Requests and Feedback
In reply to: Lost Multiple Tag FunctionalityYes, am running the current version of k2. I also switched to another theme, Almost Spring, to ascertain that the problem persisted.
Forum: Requests and Feedback
In reply to: Lost Multiple Tag FunctionalityHm, I show 42 pages with tag=environment and 15 pages with tag=advocacy. Since most of AG advocacy is environmental, 14 pages was a good guess. Your search probably should have resulted in 15 pages of results.
Forum: Requests and Feedback
In reply to: Lost Multiple Tag FunctionalityBut your search gave results for category equal to advocacy or category equal to environment.
Believe me, there are many, many posts with the tag advocacy AND the tag environment, maybe 14 pages worth rather than two posts
