I think the most elegant options would be at sending page newsletter_manager.php&acc=send&idnews=..- Sends Manager where options “List to send:” is under Subject with additional field “Insert additional e-mail (email-s):”
Then functions Generate Senders would grab first Insert additional e-mail and than chosen List (which will be empty for this kind of sending..). This would be perfect.
No for regular use. Sometimes I need individual communication with customer (example birthday greetings). In Meenews I would make more templates for CRM events and send them some message individually…
