Update: I did a network deactivation, which left the plug-in active on the primary site and it began working again. I did some additional troubleshooting, and here is how to repro the error:

1. Network Deactivate WPForms
2. Activate WPForms directly from a single website (not network admin).
3. Return to network admin, perform a network activate.

Results: Plugin fails on initial website.

Note: Network activation without a prior site activation works as expected.

I’ve found where I had misconfigured the ticket pricing, user error!

+1 on this issue, encountered the same with all PDF file uploads and PHP 8.1. No entry in live traffic log, reverting to php 7.4 fixed the issue. I am running multi-site, and this does NOT occur when logged in as super-admin (perhaps those permissions allow all actions from WF).

Thanks Victor, I’d figured this was the case since WP 5.8 just was released, but wanted to be a good citizen and make sure you were aware of it!!

Hi, I’m having a similar issue but with adding a cc entry to the wp_mail header array. So far the plug-in has been excellent, this seems to be the only limitation I’ve encountered.

As a WordPress newbie, I didn’t realize there are two areas to specify menus; customize > menus, and appearance > menus on the dashboard. I found the correct location to apply these restrictions from the dashboard.
