the banner will display only if a redirection has been defined, as indicated in the documentation (https://www.kersign.com/email-signature-support-2/email-signature-documentation/#Redirections_and_Call_To_Actions).

Shortly, you MUST define:

* a redirection for the link you want people to be redirected to,
* a redirection for the banner you want people to see.

When you define such redirection, you normally have a validity tab where you should indicate the following information:

* Start: start of the validity period
* End: end of the validity period
* Enabled: don’t forget to check it

Be careful, to be valid, a redirection must have a valid period AND the enabled button checked.

the linkedinUrl is built by concatenating the linkedinHref (https://www.linkedin.com/in) with your ID. Don’t put your complete linkedIn Href or it will concatenante them…

So, if you only put your linkedin id, you should get :
* https://www.linkedin.com/in/YOUR-ID

but it doesn’t seem to be the case. What is the url you get? Can you put it in your reply?

nice to see somebody testing the plugin ??

Just a few questions to check your installation is ok.

* Have you created a company with the email signature manager plugin?
* Have you created a person/signature?
* Have you created a redirect for each image in your signature?

Without redirects, the images can’t be displayed. Are the redirects ok with valid date ranges AND enabled?

Moreover, the email used in the company declaration MUST be reused in the banner declaration as the Communication Mail Key, otherwise it will not be displayed.
