Yes, I got a test email successfully. When I published my last post *nothing* happened although the “New Post Published” campaign was activated. Nothing showed up under “Reports”. I tried making a totally new posting, as well as a duplicate posting, neither worked. A previous post on 10 December worked fine. And I had not changed any settings.

1) Yes, there was an active campaign with ‘All categories’ selected. And the post had two of those categories.

2) It was newly created afaik, what are those other steps, though, for me to attempt?

So, is it such that the install of Link Library rewrites the functions.php file, erasing this string? And will this edit persist with version changes of WP?

Yes, of course, but when they put reminders up, and otherwise passively coerce you (by taking away the old, original stats) and such, it’s not cool.
