How can we insert multiple selection into a table?

I have about 30 check boxes. I need to insert into a database.

Right now the .htaccess file is blank. I removed everything between the two tags.

I deleted the plugin. I removed all the firewall rules. I then reinstalled the plugin. It still kicks me out right away to the 404. Is there something I am doing wrong?

I am not even able to get to the configuration page.

the second I reactivate the plugin, it kicks me out and goes back to the 404 page.

possibly. it was a group effort. someone might have done the Brute Force. Is there a way to deactivate that? I just want to get the plugin working. It was working great until we changed the page.

I was able to modify the css with Simple Custom CSS. Will the changes persist when I update the theme?

do I need to create a child-theme??

I am worried that when the theme updates, I will lose all the changes.
