Issue was resolved by setting Enable ESI to OFF

I have just discovered that when I turn litespeed cache debug to ON then the problem goes away. If I turn debug off, the problem returns for /my-account

I’d like to add that I have been experiencing the same issue.

If a customer, admin etc logs in via /wp-admin they can log in no problem.

It a customer, admin etc logs in via /my-account they cannot log in, it just repeats the login page endlessly.

I have turned on wordpress debug mode and no errors show on the log when my-account login fails

Disabling Quic.Cloud CDN and setting ‘Enable Cache’ to OFF is the only way to solve the problem. Adding /my-account to ignore cache list does not work. This never used to be a problem it has only just start occurring (maybe with most recent update)

I’m getting green finally! I think that the wrong IP number was the little thing that was needed. Thank you for spotting.

ok thank you for that. it is now 154 instead of 36 (which was the NS ip). I sent a new report in case needed: MEEETDKO

report number is: QCQSTSPG

It was because it wasn’t working on php 8.2 – has been lowered to php 7.4

The host provider got in and changed something on the server. But I am not sure what. Resolved

Ok I see. To do that I had to turn the woocommerce ticket selling on so that the field appears. Then I deleted the date (I didn’t realise could highlight and delete because the date picker pops up). Then I turned off the woocommerce ticket selling.

Yes a reg deadline on/off switch would help (under Date Format Settings perhaps?)

We have it to add woocommerce schemas. When I disable it, the problem goes away.

Had to revert back to 1.5.9 and Schema loads fine
1.6.0 and 1.6.1 do not load the schema in the IDE

Thank you santerref, didn’t solve the issue but got us looking further and finally tracked it down to magento REST – Attributes – Guest Role – Resources ‘default image’ was left unticked!!
