Hey, I cant increase memory limit, I am on a shared plan and it only allows 256MB. I spoke to the hostgator support team and they kept telling me to increase it, while they have an article on their site that states you cannot increase it over 256mb unless i have a VPN or dedicated plan, which cost about 10X more.

I dont think memory is what i need to increase. ive been on wordpress and 256MB is more than enough for even a handful of sites.

I went to disk usage tab, and “public_html/” is using about 90% of the storage, 1.2GB, but when i open it, there is only 10 or 15 files, none over 30KB, whats up with that?

Thank you, but live i’ve told every support agent i have talked to about this,
getting more space doesnt reslove the fact that 200mb of “nothing” is being allocated, it just avoids it.

Also, I realized that choosing the static page feature and selecting ANY page does not show, even ones with content. They all take me to the same thing, just an empty page with my websites name… why?

i don’t currently have one, I’ve just been practicing and learning the UI / dashboard, but like i said, i realized most themes have this sort of watermark and id like to remove it, do you know how?

hey, i just tried from a private proxy server and it let me in, what does that mean..?

yeah, i can see it when i go to the regular https://www.freshmiamiflowers.com site but when i try to log in as admin , just gives me 403.

i tried on my other macbook, doesn’t work. tried clearing cookies and cache, and even trying to log in admin through another user and it still does not work.

ah, i really appreciate your help but i just realized that isn’t the error.
i talked to them earlier, and they asked me for permission to reset my password temporary so they can gain access, and i was told by the hostgator rep that they got the same 403 error.
