    Dear Kharis,

I may have found an solution to my problem, based on your help.
Before the section target’s ID name (#[location]) I put the page’s URL.
Seems pretty obvious in retrospect, sorry for the hasty post!

    Thank you!

    Dear Kharis,

Thank you for the outstanding support, and apologies for the late reply.

I followed your straight-forward instructions, and it worked to some extent.
When I’m on the above-mentioned “Education” page, and I click the menu sub-item, it automatically scrolls down to the section I want. That’s good.

But! I want to access the same location from the front page menu as well. Up to now, I have been unsuccessful in finding out how to do that. In other words, when I’m on another page, and I try to access the location I want, nothing happens.
    Hopefully this makes sense.

If you can provide me with the answer, I would be very grateful!
    Thank you,
    Justin

Sorry for the lack of information.

I’m currently using the Sydney Pro theme, and the plugin/widget for the Employees is the “Sydney FP: Employees” widget, placed on the front page. I’m assuming that’s the widget producing the lightbox.

I’d like to mark this topic as resolved.

My problem was due to a Categories-related issue.
The Categories box wasn’t showing up when I was adding new Services to my site.
However, after going to Types -> Taxonomies in the Dashboard, and checking all the boxes then saving, the Categories box finally showed up.
Setting a category type to my new services ended up fixing the issue, and now all my new content is showing up on the site.

    Thanks anyways!
    Justin
