In reply to: [WooCommerce] Latest Woocommerce files show incorrect version numberThank you very much for that information – I have three screenshots for you to view:
This screenshot shows the outdated template on the Woocommerce system status screen on my site. This screenshot shows the version number of the emails/email-styles.php file from the Woocommerce repository. Finally, this screenshot shows the version number of the emails/email-styles.php file that is in place on my server that is being flagged as out of date. You will see that the version number on the file on my server matches the version number of the same file within the Woocommerce repository.
Please let me know if you have any questions or need any further information.
Thank you.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Latest Woocommerce files show incorrect version numberHi Zubair,
Thanks for your quick response. Can you tell me how I can send screenshots to you without needing to attach them from a URL? I’ve had issues in the past with hackers perusing these forums and targeting site URLs that they find, so I do not want to go that route. I’ve tried dragging and dropping images to the block editor here, but it is not working, and the only option for adding an image block is to insert from a URL.
Please let me know when you have a chance, and I’ll get the screenshots to you as soon as I can so you can see what I’m talking about.
Thank you.
Thank you very much for your response. I ended up creating a new popup with the same settings and then everything worked. I’m sure I had something set incorrectly.
Regarding deleting cookies – your screenshot helped a lot, because on the backend of my site those “x” buttons that you click to delete the cookie are white on a white background, which is why I wasn’t seeing them. Now that I know they’re there, I’ll be good to go.
I appreciate the information and the screenshots you posted, this is all very helpful. I will mark this issue as resolved now.
Thanks!

In reply to: [Custom Post Type UI] Can’t create new custom post typeThanks for your response. I ended up getting a list of all my registered post types and then completely removed “testimonials”. I also did a fresh install of CPT UI, and now everything is working as expected.
My guess is that I somehow already had “testimonials” registered, so when I went to register it again through your plugin, it was getting stuck.
I appreciate the quick response, and keep up the great work with the plugin. I use it frequently and have never had any issues, other than this one which was most likely of my own doing.
Thanks, Michael!
Same issue for me. Have tried updating WP and plugin to latest version, issue still occurring.
Hello Jawad and @yeisonbp,
Thank you both for reaching out. I have been unable to reproduce this issue, and haven’t had any further issues with it since I originally opened this ticket. I am going to mark it resolved for now and will circle back if I run into this problem again.
Thanks again –
Great, thank you for the response Jawad.

In reply to: [Smart Slider 3] Infinite Swipe for Simple Slider?Hi Gabor,
Thank you so much for the help. The modified plugin works perfectly. I can’t tell you how impressed I am with the service you guys have provided, especially for that of a free plugin. The next time I need a slider plugin for a site (which will be in the very near future), I will absolutely be purchasing the Pro version, and will be using only Smart Slider from here on out.
Thanks again!

In reply to: [Smart Slider 3] Infinite Swipe for Simple Slider?Laszlo,
I just did a test, and the infinite swipe works perfectly when my animation is set to horizontal, rather than vertical. Why can’t the plugin handle an infinite loop when sliding vertically? Is there something I can do to enable this action?
Thank you.

In reply to: [Smart Slider 3] Infinite Swipe for Simple Slider?Hi Laszlo,
Thank you for the response. The example of the full width slider that you posted is exactly how I would like mine to work. However, it does not.
I am using the free version as well, not the pro version. One thing I realize now that I probably should have mentioned is that I am using a vertical slider rather than a horizontal one. Could this be why this issue is occurring? See the product slider here: https://madison.sandbox-cobolt.com/product/bordado-towel/. You will notice that at if you try to swipe up for at the first image, or down at the last image, that it will not advance as an infinite loop, and will instead scroll the page up or down.
Please let me know if there is any further information that I might be able to provide to help troubleshoot this issue. If you think that this issue is in fact caused by me using a vertical slider rather than a horizontal one, what might I be able to do to solve this problem short of switching it to horizontal? My client is adamant on having a vertical slider, so any workaround for this that you might be able to provide for me would be much appreciated.
Thank you.

In reply to: [Contact Form 7] Funny CodeHi Ugochi,
I have nothing to do with Contact Form 7, but I came across your post while looking to solve an issue of my own. The code that you included in your last message is coming from a plugin called WP Bakery. That code is most likely coming through because WP Bakery is deactivated. If you’d like to use it, you need to go to your plugins page, and reactivate WP Bakery, which will then decipher that code and display your post correctly.
If you do not want to use WP Bakery, you will need to remove all that extra code from your post manually.
My apologies for interjecting, I just thought this might be able to help you. Good luck!
