For what it’s worth, folks can temporarily disable PageSpeed Insights until Google fixes this issue. For me, this component isn’t as useful as the other components in the plugin since I don’t check results regularly and I can run a test as needed at https://developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/insights/.
