After checking the logs again it looks like either Resubscribing to the webhooks or disconnecting and reconnecting my Paypal account again seems to have fixed it. I am no longer seeing the Webhook verification failed error and saw the VAULT.PAYMENT-TOKEN.CREATED on a few orders.

The webhook simulation was successful and Resubscribing to the webhooks was successful as well.

I’ve switched the behavior if vaulting fails to the option you recommended.

I’ll reach out to Paypal and see if it’s an issue on their end.

That works great! Thanks for you help! I didn’t even think about that because I didn’t have any issue selecting those roles in the past.

I think I have figured out my problem. We recently migrated our site to a new host so the link for wpfm_dir_path was pointing to where the file was previously. Same with wpfm_file_thumb_url and wpfm_file_url.

I’m guessing the only way to fix this would be to manually update those links or delete and re upload our files.
