Yes I think that I have, I mean I did it directly through the plugins support feature, and it brought me to the forums…

fyi, just raised my time limit to 6000 seconds, same result…one note, I am restoring a site that was built in a sub-directory of the main directory I am restoring to, don’t know if that has anything to do with it.

by the way, this is the message I get:

The products used to be laid out 3 across, now they are 2 accross, then 1, then 2, etc…

It sort of does, now the large image that was showing up above the actual space for the product image is gone…but the image that should show up by default is not there, the only image visible is one of the small variation thumbnails. Then, when I put in a variation, it looks like it should. I attempted to set a default variation value on one of the products as a test, but that just ended up giving me a completely blank image area (with no thumbnail either), and when I changed the variation, it again looked as it should, but now there were two small variation images under the main image, stacked…weird.

I just updated to 3.8.1.5, reset my options and reactivated SVI, but the problem is still there (also cleared out my cache).

Update:

I’ve noticed that when I choose a variation, the variation image populates the way it used too (as in when you choose a variation, the layout looks like it used to) EXCEPT a large main image is still above everything.

Actually, upon testing the site on a different phone with a different browser, the site shows correctly…so it seems that this is limited to Safari, since that’s where I noticed it, on my Iphone 5S…any help would be great, I am ok with CSS, but this may be over my head.
