I figured it out by inspecting the console in Chrome Dev tools, and then finding a solution in a Github post for that error…had to do with my htaccess file. Had to delete the file, then change my permalinks, save, then change back and save. That gave me a new htaccess, and now I’m able to save discount rules or update them again.

I did have Wordfence running, I’ve since disabled it and deleted it, but I am still having the same issue. We already have a firewall with our security package with our hosting company. I’m wondering if that firewall is the issue, since it has to be activated for each site…the last 2 sites, which are the ones that I’m having this issue on, I activated the firewall myself. I may reach out to the hosting company and see if they can see any difference in the way the firewall is set up on the 2 sites where this plugin won’t work as opposed to the other 16 sites where the plugin does…I already know what they’re response will be though as soon as I mention the word “plugin”….they’ll they will tell me to reach out to the plugin developer haha…which is what I’m doing now.

When I go to “https://www.fanemb.com/keystonewrestling/wp-admin/post.php?post=4064&action=edit” I get a WordPress error and the page says “You attempted to edit an item that does not exist. Perhaps it was deleted?”. The order was placed through Paypal, and the order did in fact go through because my boss just checked his Paypal account, and it showed the payment.

There are no Fatal Error logs in System Status/Logs….and I don’t believe we can replicate the issue. I actually only have 3 logs (and a test log for some reason, none of them are fatal error logs

Somehow I got it to work after I wrote this, I made the number of rows 1000….why it wouldn’t work at 1, but would at 1000 is weird. It was at 1 because that was how it was able to work in the past. I’ll try again today and see if it fails again…

Looks like changing it from 10.000 to 1.000 did the trick thanks! When I go to import this into the live site it will go on, do I need to make any changes to the plugin on that site for it to import correctly?

My guess is that it’s related to the fact that the plugin is way out of date, but it worked until this recent Woocommerce update. I can get around it by deactivating it whenever I have to add a new product, and then reactivating it, but I just want to make sure that it’s the plugin’s fault. But if I’ve reached the wrong plugin forum, I guess it doesn’t really matter…haha…I tried to get help from Woocommerce, thinking that they would at lest tell me that it’s not the main Woocommerce that’s making the problem (before I go ahead and spend the money to get the updated Woocommerce Product Addons), but since we haven’t had a subscription for Woocommerce Product Addons for a while, they won’t help…oh well I’ll try to find a solution myself

Yes when I try to delete the main image that by default shows up, the page quickly moves back to the top of the page (and doesn’t delete the image). When I try to click on the little X next to the three colors that I have as attributes that show up in the SVI images gallery, nothing happens. If I try to make a completely new product with attributes/variations (since I usually just copy products to a new draft and go from there), SVI keeps telling me to add attributes even though I did. Now I did just update Woocommerce itself, since it had an update a few hours back….

Actually what I meant to ask for is how to show only a specific product attribute in the export, like “size”…

I’ using the free version. I see the settings and the screen shot you provided, but I’m looking to basically have the category’s listing form load without someone having to choose it from the category drop down. I had to make an extra category, called “Post A Tournament”, and then deleted all of the rest of the categories (I was working off of the sample data stuff). See, I am making a site were people can post little league tournaments, afterwards people going to that sight can join the tournaments off the listings. It’s a little confusing for people since that category name doesn’t show up automatically, and neither does the form. I wouldn’t be using this plugin for anything other than having tournaments listed where people can respond to them, sort of like a classifieds site like Craigslist…so I’d like to have it so that people don’t initially see the title “Category” and a drop down menue, I’d actaually like them to initially see the “Post A Tournament” Category already selected with it’s form already loaded up for them to fill out…optimally I’d like to get rid of the word Category from that page, since there’s only going to be one category.

See that’s where I get confused, I already have [site_reviews hide=”date, author”], so when I put that second shortcode in there it shows double reviews. Do I have to somehow combine the shortcodes?

I was able to delete out the second shortcode resulting in duplicates, but I still am not seeing all of my reviews
