Trying to pull a fast one?

I pulled no “fast one”..what ever that implies.

I sourced 2 API numbers, by following both sets of instructions, and they were different. I was merely asking for clarification, though ive found my answer in that both plugins are working. Though Google took its full 24 hours to show results. Hence the reason to question if i had made a mistake.

So API numbers are not specific to a site like a url. The differ between plugins. That is the answer!

Have you ever felt invisible?

Don’t mean to embarrass myslef here, but, I am using 2.5.
I have it on a local machine as i try and work enough out before i upload to a host..or rebuild.

But when i select Settings/Readings ..the first option at top of page allows me to select a static page as my home page. I tested it and it works for me. But as said, im only on my local machine.

when i then enter into explorer https://localhost/wordpress
Up pops the static page i made as my default.
