I am having this same problem. How do I open it with ftp? I don’t know what ftp is? I understand it’s the program to upload webpages to the site, but I don’t have one nor have I ever used one. please help
I have read thru the support documentation, but I’m still confused…I already have a picture I want to use…Is it not possible to simply upload the pic into my wordpress site and rename it the default name of the pic that’s already in the header. I read another thread that said to do this…but I still don’t know where to upload my pic to or where the original pic is stored…I wouldn’t think it would be hard to do this for someone that knows what they are doing…am I wrong?
I don’t understand, I went to my site, right click and I don’t see “view background image” and even if I did, How would that help me? Don’t I have to be in the admin. area to make changes?
