Hello,

It now takes up to several hours to download the reviews?! Why does it take so long to download? This isn’t like gigabytes of data…

We were able to proceed without errors using FireFox. Chrome still gives me errors but implementing FireFox worked so it seems to be working well for me.

It turns out that if I use Chrome, it doesn’t work, but if I use FireFox it works fine. So I was able to find a work-around. Thank you!

Hmm i don’t see any updates to the application… I get an error that still says at the top:
You got an error while trying to run this plugin. Please upgrade all the plugins from Trustindex and if the error still persist send the content of the webserver’s error log and the content of the Troubleshooting tab to the support!

I upgraded to latest but still says version 9.0. Nothing really in the error_log since starting the server. However, when I go to access_log, I get 408 errors:
