This happened to me too. I was forced to abandon Simple Cloudflare and replaced it with the Kadence Captcha.

I am the original poster, my thread was hijacked but to good effect.

I checked my own cloudlfare and the Rocket Loader IS NOT enabled, and has not been.

I am having my host check their enterprise version, and I will update you when they update me.

I use your PRO version of this plugin, and the checkbox and custom fields Kadence is speaking about ARE NOT available for printing on the invoice – even in the PRO version.

I am the user who started this request.

Could you please check against your pro version?

We have also suddenly experienced this issue. I changed to “Processing” and the issue did not resolve.

I was curious if this was happening to others and if there was any advancement in advice for this issue.

Here’s where there is some confusion. I was certain that I was able to edit these roles before. It’s not something that is done often though, so I’m only 95% certain. I could be 5% dead wrong.

When I’m referring to deleting these roles, the option to delete the role exists. I see the link for delete. When I select the link to delete it appears as if it worked but there is an error message box at the top of the admin page, but it’s empty. And upon refresh, the role is back.

Since I can’t recall precisely how the role got there, and I haven’t been able to confirm that it’s a default role for woocommerce or any other plugin, I’ve turned to you for advice.

Sure, yes of course more details would be helpful.

When I open “Roles” from the left hand menu, I of course have the normal wordpress and woocommerce roles. Along with them I have several roles that I believe were setup by the human who installed this plugin originally for us years ago. Or possibly they were in the original woocommerce installation, but I don’t believe so.

I have no problem with any role that is default, from there I have 4 more roles Shop + Page Manager, Shop Admin + Page Manager, SEO Editor and SEO Manager.

These two Shop + Page Manager, Shop Admin + Page Manager I can no longer edit, but I was able to as recent as last October if I recall. I also notice the plugin looks different than it used to. I’m guessing the appearance changed with some recent update. I’m using version 2.3.2
