In reply to: [Max Mega Menu] Sub Menu Grid Layout Not Aligning with Menu BarEasiest pitch ever!! I just purchased a license. I went to activate the license key and I got the following error:
string(94) “cURL error 7: Failed to connect to https://www.megamenu.com port 443 after 1002 ms: Connection refused”
I assume though that this won’t cause problems within the Custom Styling. That being the case, please may I ask for your guidance one last time in supplying me with the CSS to enable the Vertical Offset option?
Thank you again, happy to made my purchase.

In reply to: [Max Mega Menu] Sub Menu Grid Layout Not Aligning with Menu BarThank you for your assistance, it is greatly appreciated. I have searched through Elementor trying to remove the 10px padding on the menu, but all I’ve been able to do is removing the padding from everything. The menu padding is set to zero, so it’s not a menu specific setting.
Any chances that I can use some custom styling to move the Mega Menu sub menu down the relevant amount of pixels?

In reply to: [Max Mega Menu] Sub Menu Grid Layout Not Aligning with Menu BarHi Tom,
Really appreciate the support assist, thank you!
I have uploaded it to a demo site at the following URL:
Please let me know if you need anything else, and thank you again!
CheersFollowing…I have the exact same problem as well, and everything points to Elementor:
Largest LCP Element (according to Google Page Speed):
<section class=”elementor-element elementor-element-742408b elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default elementor-section elementor-top-section” data-id=”742408b” data-element_type=”section” data-settings=”{"background_background":"classic"}”>
It is also a paragraph, just like yours, so definitely following to see what’s happening. Thank you for creating the post
Ok – thank you for all your help and assistance, I will continue to move forward as recommended, really appreciate your assistance.
My GT Metrix results are fantastic, so from a performance perspective regarding JS and CSS Optimisation and Caching, everything is spot on. It’s my Google Page Speed score that I need to work on, but I think that is more down to the Page Builder and Theme, which I will take up with them.
Thank you again for your guidance, appreciate having had my questions answered.

In reply to: [Pricing Table by Supsystic] Unable to format text in cells of the bodyBy the way, any ideas as to when this will be released?

In reply to: [Pricing Table by Supsystic] Unable to format text in cells of the bodyThat is great news, thank you for your feedback.
If you need testing or quality checks, please let me know – am very keen to assist

In reply to: [Pricing Table by Supsystic] Unable to format text in cells of the bodyJust to add onto this, editing text in the table is incredibly difficult…most of the time the focus moves away cell (not too sure where), so I have to re-enter the text repeatedly. I also find that I need to click into the cell a number of times before it actually acknowledges that I’m trying to edit it.
It is like there is a conflict with the keyboard, that pressing the spacebar or right-arrow sends a different instruction to the browser, but only in your plugin, nowhere else (this post for instance).

In reply to: [OceanWP] Remove Bullet Points from All SidebarsHi Amit,
Yip – done and dusted!
I think you are the only one who responds to all these queries – you just keep doing what you’re doing man, well done!! 7,113 replies to far – you’re an asset to the company ??
Thank you – resolved!
I’ve fixed the text alignment with some custom CSS, but just thought it best you know where your plug-in might be having unintended influences.
Hi there,
I’ve also noticed that text alignment on other pages that do not have Directorist encoded at all is still having an impact – i.e. Text is being centre aligned. Page in question is:
https://dev.capoeiragp.co.za/enroll/enrollment-for-kids/
Screenshot of the CSS that is causing it can be captured here:
Not too sure if I contact the Theme Developers, the conflicting Plug-in team, or if Directorist is able to assist? Sorry for this, I’m sure you’ve got more important things to deal with….
Quick Update:
I have downgraded to 5.3.0 and everything is back to normal, except for the Back Button and other changes since (obviously).
Line breaks are back, page formatting and layouts are as they were. Will hold off updating to the latest version until a new one is released.

In reply to: Viewport not set for “\wp-content/themes/” and “wp-content/uploads/”Thank you for your response and for helping me out. Please accept my apologies for not responding sooner – I was never notified that I had received a response.
The front-end pages are working as expected with the meta tag, its the back-end pages that I’m having problems with. Google is indexing them because they have been referenced from other sites somehow, and I need to get the meta tag into those pages. Any example is:
https://capoeiragp.co.za/wp-content/uploads/2016/06/
For some reason this page (and other pages) is bringing down my mobile usability score which is having an effect on my ranking. No idea though on how to get the viewport meta tag into them through WordPress.
Any ideas?
Resolved the issue. When editing the page, on the right-hand side is an option for Page Attributes. It is set to Default by ahhh…default, but this needed to be set to “Home for Visual Composer”, whatever that is. Of course “Default” bares no relationship to the setting configured in the “Styles pages configuration zone”. Go figure.
