How do I find my WooCommerce FATAL logs? I can’t seem to find them.

Hello, this is all the information they gave me:

“Upon checking, it’s one of your plugins (mailchimp-for-woocommerce) causing the issue. I temporarily disabled the plugin renaming it manually from mailchimp-for-woocommerce to mailchimp-for-woocommerce.bak. The site is loading after I disabled the plugin. I will recommend reaching out to your web developer or plugin developer to have it reviewed. Updating or reinstalling the plugin might also help fix the issue. If you’re not using it, you can also remove it.”

I’m not sure what they did exactly to check out the issue, but I believe it happened when the plugin tried to auto-update to the most recent version.

Nevermind, figured it out. Thank you.

I am a brand new user and am having the same issue with email confirmations. I tried signing up for my newsletter with two different emails but get the “Something went wrong with your subscription. Please contact the website owner.” message. The emails show up in my subscribers list as unconfirmed. When I try to resend confirmation email I get another error “an unknown error occured”

    Any help?
