It’s coming!

We’ll have an update out in the next day or two that fixes a couple of minor teething glitches and then we’ll work on adding some more functionality, including text before and after the body of an index

We are looking at this for a future update. There are one or two minor issues with the way foodiepress does some formatting, but overall it looks like it will be possible.

You can indeed add a picture in the free version, as the tens of thousands of satisfied EasyRecipe users will testify. Granted, the Plus version is easier to use, but you can still add any image you want using the free version.

And yes, we DO want you to buy the Plus version! We don’t force you to, and literally tens of thousands of people are happy using the free version, but this is our living and we aren’t ashamed of being honest about that.

That’s not possible with the current version of EasyRecipe.

It seems your theme is doing some kind of caching. Have you tried clearing the cache? If that’s not the problem, open a ticket at https://support.easyrecipeplugin.com/submit-a-support-ticket/ and we’ll sort it out.

You can change the text that appears on the recipe in the “Labels” tab on the EasyRecipe settings page.

We got overwhelmed by support there for a while and that coincided with a forced couple of weeks off. We’ve now put on a full time support person so support responses should be more timely from now.

The W3 feed validator is very pedantic and the “errors” it is showing you on that feed URL are really just warnings. You’ll see it says “This feed is valid …” and feed readers won’t have a problem. However we will fix the warnings generated by EasyRecipe in a future update.
