doesn’t anyone have a solution for the jwplayer playing video and audio out of sync?

Here’s an answer. When I go to upload a new video to the page, there is a place were I can choose how many columns I want to be displayed.
Then I can arrange the windows in an order you want simply by changing the dates published.

I do have theme options in dashboard.
I’m using “On Demand” with nine window below sliding panels.
