I am in the same boat, purchased the premium plugin a month ago and cant connect to Facebook. Only native API option available and that option doesn’t complete the OAuth handshake with the plugin. It redirects to a blank page on web.facebook.com instead of redirecting back to the setup redirect page. So its not possible to complete the authorize link. And because there is no option for me to use the premium API, I cant connect my Facebook at all. My Facebook app has been approved by Facebook and everything required from that end has been done correctly.
