Thank you for reaching out, what is the Awesome Support version you are using? Did you save after CHECKING the department “Enable departments management.”. You should be able to see it under Tickets>Departments.

We apologise for the inconvenience. We acknowledge that this is an issue with our most recent release version 6.3.0, so this is a known issue and the team is actively working on and updating. In the meantime, if you like to use this feature without any issue, we recommend using an older version 6.2.2 of the plugin.
Please follow these steps to download it:
- Visit the provided link.
- Scroll down to “Advanced Option.”
- Under “Please select a specific version to download,” click on the dropdown menu and choose the version you wish to download.
- Please backup your site.
- Upload this version to your WordPress site and replace the existing plugin. Also, Please disable auto-update for Awesome support.
This workaround should address the issue temporarily. We expect to release a permanent fix in the next version of the plugin.

Thank you for reaching out, and I apologize for the delayed response. I have reviewed the situation and confirmed that both the ‘like’ and ‘share’ buttons are visible on mobile and desktop platforms. To assist you further, could you please provide the link where the popup is implemented? I will investigate the issue more thoroughly once I have that information.

I want to assure you that our team is actively working to address the vulnerabilities and will continue to provide fixes promptly as issues arise. Each version of our plugin is carefully updated to handle specific concerns. We are committed to resolving these issues as quickly as possible without compromising the quality of our solutions.
In the upcoming version we have fixed the import issue via token and csv files will no longer be importable without a token from the site a file was exported.

If you want to display the popup everywhere, you can simply select it from the dropdown, or if you want to show it on all the pages, you can select all pages from the drop down.
