Sorry for that, I should perhaps explain the structure of the page first.

If you go to Oxygen > Templates > Main

The reason your page cannot see the issue is because it is using Template “Default” – if you apply Template “Main” with the padding then the issue will appear.

So when the shortcode for the page is dropped –>

You can see that the Inner Content has now gone to the top of the page ABOVE the header. The timetable has been injected below the header.

The structure should be Header –> Inner Content –> Timetable –> Footer

But instead it is rearranged Inner Content –> Header –> Timetable –> Footer

Jzk khairan for your investigation. Apologies, I think there is a bit of misunderstanding, I applied the padding so that the issue was clear. Please check the below screenshot, in’sha’Allah it is more clear:

1) Home page (no issue)

2) Prayer timetable page (issue appears)

Only when prayer shortcode is on the page the issue appears – for some reason the inner-content div get pushed to the top of the HTML body when timetable shortcode is used. I have checked with oxygen dev, and they asked me to check with the plugin dev.

Salaam Mustafiz,

Unfortunately the update did not fix the issue in the WP backend. I have checked the dev console and can see that your bootstrap css is causing this as it is calling very generic selectors and overriding the WordPress styles. For example:

1) Themes page

* {
    -webkit-box-sizing: border-box;
    -moz-box-sizing: border-box;
    box-sizing: border-box;
}

Is causing the box to collapse like follow:

2) WordPress Login Screen

label {
    display: inline-block;
    max-width: 100%;
    margin-bottom: 5px;
    font-weight: 700;
}

Is causing everything on the WordPress Login page to be bold

These are some of the issues I have found, but there may be more.

Ramadan Mubarak, I hope the fasts are going well in’sha’Allah. I am sorry I forgot to update the post to inform you that your update did indeed fix the issue. If I could mention two more issues:

1) My logs are showing this:

Notice: Undefined variable: css in /home/redacted/public_html/wp-content/plugins/daily-prayer-time-for-mosques/Models/UpdateStyles.php on line 130

2) Please check this screenshot:

There are styling issues on the login page, theme page, viewing plugin descriptions etc – why is the plugin overriding WP default styling in backend?

Hi Mike,

Thanks for your reply. From what I understand though, the username cannot be changed anyway – even if it was set to something else?

For easier management in the backend, I would like it to be all email address only. If I uncheck ‘Automatically generate username from customer email’ it allows the customer to enter a custom username.

Instead I am keeping it checked, but can it be made so the username that is automatically generated is the full email address?

Then on the front-end I will choose login using email address only.

Hi Mike,

Oh right. The cart remains for failed order. But in this scenario the customer has chosen to cancel the order so they should not have any products left in the cart.

We will change the page of where the customer is sent back. If it is only one line to empty cart, could you tell me what it is so I can see what the developer says to this?

Hi Mike,

After Customer chooses to pay by said gateway they are redirected to the gateway secure page to checkout. On this page there is an option to pay or ‘Cancel Order’.

But Cart hasn’t been emptied. The developer said this is the default process, but I would like Cart emptied. He said that would be a huge development task?

Oh ok, no worries.

So, the gateway developer is using WooCommerce default ‘Cancelled Order’ procedure.

I asked him so that Cart is emptied when Order is cancelled and he said this is a huge development task? Is it true?

Oh ok – is it possible to make it expire? With most sites I use, the Thank You page expires – even if you have the direct link, it redirects to the homepage.

One other thing I was curious about is the order Thank You page. If you copy the URL including the wc key, then a customer can always go back to this page?

Usually I find with most shopping sites that the Thank You page is one off or has a session expiry, so something like after 15 minutes it will expire – is this possible?
