I reset the settings using the Reset Setting button under Presests->Import/Export->Reset All Settings.

I got one error “Saving option failed. IPv4 only for Server IP.” but I also go the success message “Reset Successfully”.

Tested again, same result. Submitted form with no data entered and saw validation errors for just a moment before they were cleared.

I have tried different presets (Essentials, Advanced).

I have tried enabling ESI and adding
wp_rest private
wpcf7* private
to the ESI Nonces field.

I have purged and re-purged everything.

I have tried disabling everything under Cache Control Settings and Object Cache Settings

I have tried excluding the page that the forms is on.

I have tried disabling minify for CSS, JS and HTML

Nothing had any effect. There are no error messages in the javascript console.

The only fix has been to deactivate LiteSpeed cache plugin.

Captcha has not been turned off, but it does seem as one entry did go through this morning. However, others still continue to generate errors.

Do we feel this is an issue with recaptcha being enabled while multiple forms are on the same page? What is the cause and what is the fix so we stop getting errors ? Do we only get an error when recaptcha flags spam entries? Should I disable captcha on CF7 so not to conflict with CC’s implementation?

The Constant Contact form is on the home page, near the bottom in the orange section titled “Keep in Touch”.

A clarification though:

1. we do have reCaptcha integration enabled within CF7.
2. We do NOT have Constant Contact integration enabled within CF7.

If I can provide anything else to help debug this, please let me know.

Thank you for the update. It looks like the plugin is pulling the default behavior from TaxJar for our state of FL.

If we set up a TaxJar account to be able to override the specific behavior, can your plugin pull in the overrides or will it always pull the default behavior?

Is there any way to override the default behavior for shipping? In FL, shipping is taxable if we don’t offer a pickup option. So we need to charge tax for shipping.

You can disable the YouTube API if you don’t want to create your own API Key. Then the plugin will use Basic HTTP protocol instead to check YouTube links.

Another option to work around this if you don’t want to create an API key is to turn off YouTube API in the plugin settings. Then it will use Basic HTTP to check the link.

Settings -> Link Checker -> Protocols & APIs tab.

I just updated to the latest version (1.5.17) and still seem to have this or similar problem. 500 error on upload. Some images upload and some don’t. On the ones that do upload, some have no thumbnail created and some do. Web Inspector shows error during action=bwg_UploadHandler. All files seem to have EXIF info.

I’m having this exact issue using a different theme from template monster (Ascendio). It would be useful if we could determine what’s causing the actual problem and if there are commonalities in these themes, have a setting in the plugin that could adjust itself to these themes. My guess is that there is a class of themes that will have this problem.
