I feel the same way about the 2-second success message. This should’ve been fixed by now. How can we extend this? This is a dealbreaker for my clients, and I would hate to move them away from Brevo because of this.
Is there a function in the code that I can adjust until you guys get around to fixing this? I know the implications of doing this but I need the message to not go away after 2 seconds. This is insane.Thanks,

Apparently, they don’t care about you if you bought their plugin or not. They only want you to buy their short 6-month support plans since you can’t even send a message to their contact page without a current support plan. Even for a pre-purchase question about an add-on.

Hi, this did not work for me on my staging site. I even uninstalled MyCred and MyCred-Amelia and then reinstalled them from scratch. I did see more options listed under the MyCred in the menu than on my non-staging site. They are both running the same version.
Are there any other things I should be trying? I installed the plugins, created my custom point type, double-checked Amelia’s settings to make sure it was still set up for on-site payments, and then I tested on Amelia by booking with zero points. In which it let me.

I am using the $79 Basic version of Amelia. The only difference between the Basic and Pro version is it only gives the user more licenses and the ability to create a “package” for Services offered, which I don’t even use anyway. Not sure why this wouldn’t work with a Basic license.
Versions:
Amelia: 4.4.1
MyCred: 2.4.2
MyCred-Amelia: 1.1.1They told me they haven’t made any structural changes lately and have no idea why it would work before but not work now.
Can you provide me with a way to download a working version of your plugin? It worked about 6 months ago with Amelia and it hasn’t worked for the last 2-3 months. I spent a bunch of money paying a dev to custom build parts of my site knowing that Amelia and MyCred were integrated. Now it seems you are both blaming each other. I am frustrated with this situation. Thanks.

I did get Chrome to work with it after I signed out and tried again. But it didn’t work with Chrome when using Incognito mode. This is acceptable.
It is not working with Firefox and Safari on my end. I rarely use these browsers and are at their stock settings and updated. I cleared the caches too. Any pointers for these?

Can you please send me a screenshot of it working on a desktop browser such as Chrome on your end because it is not working on my end or my client’s end. I’m getting a lot of errors in my error console with Facebook’s domain as the source.
