Thank you for your response. This is the error I am getting

I was just able to get in and see that the WooCommerce USPS Shipping plugin appeared okay. Yet, when I go to the dashboard I get a critical error message. I can go back page and the website is fine yet I do not know why I get that error!!??

Thank you for your response, yes that is the plugin. I tried what you suggested, yet I kept going in circles trying to get woo support as it wanted me to go through wordpress.com, which I created an account even though the website is on a different host. Then it kept sending me back even though I confirmed the e-mail. My sister died last month and I am trying to help my brother run the online business, which now he is losing customers with a down website. I have ‘some’ website experience, and all I am trying to do right now is get the website up and running. I have contacted the host, they upgraded the PHP then the plugin kept failing and they are not providing much support! ??

It has been over a week and still nor recovery mode link. Why not? The e-mail with the link states To keep your site safe, this link will expire in 1 day. Don’t worry about that, though: a new link will be emailed to you if the error occurs again after it expires. However, the error still exists and no new link!!!

Thank you for your response. However, the problem is not adding or removing an item (page) form a menu, it is the link is incorrect. The link for Golf in the footer, and the ‘link’ I created on the front page does not go to the Golf page. Instead the links go to the home page.

curious! I can access the dashboard by restoring a backup yet updating the plugins results in the same error!

I keep getting the HTTP Error 500! Cannot access the dashboard. Looked at error log and there were parse errors on the backup buddy core.php line 276! Whatever that means.

The weird thing though is when I try to login the dashboard I get the HTTP error yet when I access the site I can see the header that would allow access to the dashboard yet I get the error when I try.

Did you finally manage to update the plugins? NO. Is the site working OK now? Site is working yet cannot access dashboard.

To try and identify what the issue is, check your site’s error logs for a more specific error message. Your hosts should be able to help you accessing your site’s error logs. I will get those, thanks.

Thanks Josh. Bizarre. it is working for me now; however, I do not think the revolution slider is responsive because it blows up if one zooms into much and you cannot see the “Find out more” button. Do you know if RS is responsive?
