Is applied this code and hit publish but the post content doesn’t move from its original position. Then I tried using .single .elementor-image {
text-align: right;
} still the content was at the same position.

Should I change the parent theme directly?
As per the other post that I have read, they usually suggest creating a child theme first as when a parent theme gets an update all your changes get nullified.
