Had the same issue with version 1.7.0 and WP 3.6. I had to manually go through and remove all the garbage from the import.

Unchecking the Debug RSVP Queries only turns off the SQL outputs… It does not remove the PHP/MySQL error issue. It still exists in v.1.7.0.

Still looking for a solution to this error.
