I’m not arguing, and am disappointed you think I am. I’m a 50 year old professional with high level security clearance. I’m just trying to understand the post that potentially went against the rules (albeit unintentionally).
What I was saying there is that I have replied to an external email I received from their support, since the forum response. I wasn’t in any way asking for login details via the forum. But fair enough, I accept that in some way the post wasn’t strictly within the rules and totally understand I’m on modwatch.

I am very security conscious and would never offer a password or login credential via a public forum. Please can you highlight the post where I offered a password as I cannot see that I have done this? Apologies if I have missed it somewhere.

My post may have been misleading. We have not requested or sent any login details on the forum. We have communicated that info via their support ticket. I’m just requesting an update here as I’ve not been receiving a response to my ticket updates so just checking they have been received their end.

Please can you confirm if my email has been received? i can see that it was delivered. again, since replying a few days ago I’ve not had any response. I’ve done everything that was asked, and an account has been set up. This issue is driving me up the wall.

On 20th May I created a login for Ruikai as requested via [Ticket ID: 991209] and and as well as the user account details being sent, I followed it up with an email to confirm this had been done. I didn’t hear anything so followed it up with another email on 24th May. Still no response.
So at the moment the plugin is still purging all caches successfully every time I click a link in WP admin.

Thank you for your very informative reply. I have since taken some further steps and only see an occasional username attempt. But I will also have a read of the links you added here. I’m currently seeing a constant flow of brute force attempts and other efforts, ALL of which are being stopped in their tracks by Wordfence ??

Thank you for taking time to look into this. I don’t think my rating is excellent. Trustpilot shows my rating (4.2) as Great. But your plugin shows it as Good.
But should receive some more reviews soon, and I’ll contact Truspilot too as all my reviews are 5*. I’ll continue to use the plugin though ??
