I disconnected and reconnected and I am no longer getting the error on purchase. I am still getting the API error when I try to do a refund.

I just upgraded to 3.6.2 and ran a transaction and got the same Customer Write error. Do I need to disconnect and reconnect to Square?

Yes that correct. We have two variations as you described. The room cost more if two people stay because of the other costs of the tour. I’ve not found a way to block variation 1 or variation 2 so that if one or the other gets purchased it removes the stock of the other one.
