Thank you for your reply.
It sounds like the 365 integration is not possible then.
Can you please provide more information? Exactly what types of 365 subscriptions or accounts doesn’t it work with, and which ones does it work with? Before I approach Microsoft, I need to know the information.
And just to re-confirm, I’m using Microsoft 365, not an outlook.com address, if that makes a difference.
Please let me know the specific details.
Also, how do we ensure high WordPress deliverability when using an email address that runs through Microsoft 365? Will the answer be a Sendgrid subscription? Hoping to avoid stacking subscriptions upon subscriptions….
Appreciate your help. Please let me know. Thanks.
Hi – would really appreciate a response to this. I’m interested in moving all clients over to Fluent because I like the look of Fluent CRM, but at the moment I’m struggling to get emails working whereas this has been easy in the past with different plugins.
I have successfully integrated Microsoft 365 with Fluent SMTP, but all form email notifications fail.
The technical info for one of these failures is in the screenshot:

What aspect of this setup process am I missing?
Thanks.
Hi – thanks, but how do I send you the information privately though – as in, viewable by you only, not everyone on the forum publicly? Many thanks.
Sorry, just to clarify the issue:
New customers can in fact proceed to enter credit card details.
But existing customers are presented with those overlapping text strings and none of the radio buttons work (though only one can be seen due to the overlap).
Regarding the System Status – can I send this privately somehow? Thanks.
Thanks for your response:

https://snipboard.io/UFD74Q.jpgHi Jeroen – I really appreciate your reply. Your plugin is very useful. The 3rd party shipping plugin in question doesn’t work with Shipping Zones (hence my issue), but I look forward to using your plugins for all other scenarios. Thanks!

In reply to: Gutenberg Cover Block media settings completely missingHi @threadi – thanks for your reply.
No, no such options.
On multiple installations, I only have:
COLOR
– Overlay
– Overlay OpacityTYPOGRAPHY
– Font Size
– Appearance
– Line Height
– Letter Spacing
– Decoration
– Line HeightDIMENSIONS
– Padding
– Minimum Height Of Cover
– MarginADVANCED
The usual advanced options. That is literally all I have. Nothing to refine the image, which is the main point of the block.
And yes, all options available are unhidden. But I am missing entire sections (eg. Media Settings), not just sub-options.
Any ideas are welcome.

In reply to: Simple function to show image in a lightbox? Thanks @bcworkz.
First I apologize for the late reply – I didn’t realize there had been a response to my post.
Yes, I have concluded that you are absolutely right – a lightweight plugin is preferable. I found a couple. I’d rather only use plugins that extend Gutenberg’s native way of doing things, even if limited.
Thanks for pointing out how I could go about doing it myself directly, though. I guess if development stops on any of the current plugins, I will know where to start.
Many thanks again.

In reply to: [The SEO Framework – Fast, Automated, Effortless.] How to disable schemaThank you – wasn’t sure if it was that easy….good to know it is. Many thanks again. I look forward to using The SEO Framework more.
What you posted works perfectly – it is exactly the right solution.
Thanks you very much to you and everyone else who helped me with this.
Hi @conschneider – thanks for your reply.
Would you be able to show me the CSS based on the HTML and CSS I provided above? It’s taken verbatim from my site. If not, let me know and I’ll arrange a login for you to preview and PM you.
Very much appreciated.
Thank you very much for your reply.
I guess I will do the redirect if it can be easily reversed in the future in terms of search engine propagation.
Yes, I would love to know the CSS to hide certain elements from the breadcrumbs (I assume it will be some sort of display:none with an nth-child/of-type, etc, formula?)
My site is under construction, but the HTML and CSS is as follows:
<nav class="woocommerce-breadcrumb"> ::before <a href="https://mysite.com">Home</a> " / " <a href="https://mysite.com/shop/">Shop</a> " / " <a href="https://mysite.com/product-category-base/product-category/">Product Category Name</a> " / Product Name" </nav>
.woocommerce .woocommerce-breadcrumb { zoom: 1; margin: 0 0 1em; padding: 0; font-size: .92em; color: #777; } main, nav { display: block; } *, :after, :before { box-sizing: inherit; } .woocommerce .woocommerce-breadcrumb::after, .woocommerce .woocommerce-breadcrumb::before { content: ' '; display: table; }
If I decided to opt for the other way around: use the category name as the shop base (instead of ‘shop’ to replace the category name), could you possibly let me know how you’d do that? So, overall that would give me two options:
Option 1: mysite.com/shop/product-name
OPtion 2: mysite.com/category-name/product-nameMany thanks again for all your help.
Hi Margaret – thank you, I have made that change. That takes care of the product URL.
But that still leaves a shop page and a category page that are separate to each other and essentially duplicated. I would need the shop page to be the product category page.
The pages mystore.com/shop/ and mystore.com/shop/product-category both still exist independently, and both are accessible from product page breadcrumbs, so the issues I mentioned still exist.
Unfortunately. changing the permalink structure doesn’t remove the mention of the product category from the product breadcrumbs, and doesn’t merge the product category URL with the shop URL…

Hey @shinerweb – thanks for your great response. The WP notification got lost amid my emails, hence the delayed reply.
The email account does exist, and no other deliverability problems exist – it’s only hen emails are sent from WordPress (and I figured that this plugin exists to solve such things). But I will do some more testing and go through the headers for clues – great ide. I will update the thread in a day or so.
Really appreciate your help.
