In reply to: [SEOPress - On-site SEO] There has been a critical error on this websiteThis error appears to be occuring because the plugin is looking to load a php file that doesn’t exist in the plugin directory:
/htdocs/wp-content/plugins/wp-seopress/inc/functions/mainwp-functions.php
I fixed the fatal error by commenting out line 126:require_once dirname(__FILE__) . '/inc/functions/mainwp-functions.php';
Is this still an issue? I’ve been having trouble connecting a twitter feed at all recently. I keep getting this error message: Oh No, something’s wrong. Sorry, that page does not exist? You may have entered in the Access information incorrectly please re-enter and try again.
I’ve tried revoking the app in twitter, deleting all the feeds in the plugin and starting fresh, uninstalling and reinstalling the plugin but I keep getting the same error.Hope you can help.

In reply to: [Elementor Custom Skin] Custom Loop for Product CategoriesBump
Hi all,
For us mere mortals could you please give some detail about how we can fix this issue? Or is it a matter of waiting for a patch for the plugin?
This thread is marked as resolved but I don’t understand the fix that was applied here. Seems like its a bit of a hot fix and not a permanent solution.
Thanks

In reply to: [Elementor Custom Skin] Page doesn’t react to responsive screens in user viewJust found a work around in another post on here:
In loop template page settings, I changed the page layout to “Elementor canvas” (No header, no footer, only Elementor) and also the html tag of the section to “div”.
Then go to Elementor –> Tools and press Regenerate CSS.
This fixed the issue for me. As I understand if you modify the loop template you’ll have to regenerate the CSS file.

In reply to: [Elementor Custom Skin] Page doesn’t react to responsive screens in user viewI’ve also been having the same issue. I set up the responsive layout for different mobile views for my loop and when I view it on a mobile device the loop just displays the desktop snap point which obviously looks wrong.
This has been an issue for a couple of months at least. Any update on this?
Thanks
Update: I raised a ticket with mailoptin.io which was responded to quickly.
This issue appears to be stemming from Constant Contact, however this error causes a permanent bug with the integration between mailoptin and Elementor forms. The Elementor form shows an error apparently not submitting (as far as the user is concerned) but the email is subscribed to CC.
The temporary fix is to “reauthorise” the integration from the mailoptin plugin. Unfortunately the problem has since occurred again and was only noticed after a handful of users had an issue.
I am told that the developers are in touch with Constant Contact to find a long term solution. Watch this space.
Thank you will do. I will post results and solution here for others.
Hey Ibrahim,
Thank you for the fast response!
I started by using the legacy version which is where I first saw this error, so I moved to the V3 thinking this may solve the problem. I have re-authorised twice already, using V3, and this is the third time the error has happened.
The problem is we don’t know there is an issue with the form until someone complains that the form is failing.
Are you familiar with this error? Does it give a clue as to what might be going wrong?
Thanks
