    Hello,
thank you for your great plugin! I was able to solve a lot of “puzzles” myself but I am stuck with this one: I am the site’s admin, and the appointment emails for confirmation are to be sent to the service provider team (not a single provider). Is it possible to change the email address somewhere?
    Thanks!

    Hey there Sabine-G.,

    Hope you’re well today!

By plugin design depending on the setting confirmation email can be sent either to admin or to admin and provider.

If your issue is that emails are not being sent to providers then could you please post screenshot of both your Notification Settings and Accessibility Settings which are located in Appointments -> General so I can take a look ??

    Looking forward for your reply.

    Best regards,
    Bojan

    Hi Bojan,
thanks for your quick reply! Your answer already gave me the clue – I didn’t “dafine” any providers ecause it is a whole team that’s providing the services. Now I created a new user Team and defined this as the provider; now it’s working fine ??

    Thanks!
