@tneville Thanks for your reply. I should have probably said “message” instead of error, but yes.

In reply to: [Comments - wpDiscuz] “Synchronize Commenters Data” not runningIt looks like the issue is with the WordPress.com Page Optimize plugin. Deactivating that plugin seems to have resolved the issue.
Note: I do have the minify and concatenation feature of the wpDiscuz plugin turned off, so it looks like a plugin conflict.
Thanks for your reply; hopefully this helps other users with the same issue.

In reply to: [Plugin Detective - Troubleshooting Conflicts] white pageI’m also having the issue on one of my sites where Plugin Detective 1.0.13 loads just a white screen. It might have to do with SSL, as it will load (without styling – see https://www.screencast.com/t/L9K6v6Xz3jT) if I disable protection. The rest of the site doesn’t seem to have any issues with mixed content over HTTPS.
Everything on the site is up-to-date and working otherwise on the sites. I was just testing the plugin.

In reply to: Jetpack-Cannot access admin area- service errorHi Megan,
If you can’t access your Dashboard, and don’t know how (or aren’t comfortable) to deactivate plugins any other way, I suggest you contact your hosting provider.Though depending on which host you have, many have the ability to turn off plugins and manage WordPress from outside the Dashboard.
Chances are you may have had a plugin conflict when you installed Jetpack, or your host might be using an older version of PHP (the recommended is 7.2) that has some incompatibilities.
Good luck!

In reply to: Deactivate PublicizeHi surgehollowfarm,
You can remove the sharing buttons by going to Jetpack > Settings > Sharing and turning off both Publicize and Sharing: https://www.screencast.com/t/Gy3qAHAP8Hope that helps!

Add me to the list.
I had the most up-to-date plugin installed and it took down my website. Removed the plugin and voila, the site works again! Using PHP 5.6, in case anyone is wondering.

In reply to: [WordPress Notification Bar] Not showing on Divi 2.7 theme (dashboard okay)That’s awesome. I’m hoping this notification bar is used only for emergencies in my build, so it works for now. Looking forward to the new version.

In reply to: [WordPress Notification Bar] Not showing on Divi 2.7 theme (dashboard okay)Thanks, I guess I didn’t pick a big enough number for the z-index. As for the coming soon plugin…already using it! ??
Just a feature suggestion – it would be nice to have the notification bar so it doesn’t just float over my existing navigation. Not sure what your thoughts are on that. Maybe even add an option to have it sticky at the bottom of the page?
Thanks again.
