Support Manager at Paid Memberships ProThank you for your feedback. You mentioned that after checking out, you get the message that the page is only available to members.
Would you mind sending me a screenshot of this? Are you still landing on the Membership Confirmation page when this happens?

Support Manager at Paid Memberships ProAre all of those elements generated with the free version of Elementor only, or with the Pro and any other Add Ons as well?
I’d like to try and replicate this on my side so if you could save that section as a template and export it into a JSON file and share it via a link I would really appreciate it.

Support Manager at Paid Memberships ProHi there, thank you for reaching out to the Paid Memberships Pro team.
Please ensure that your Stripe webhooks have been set up to ensure that Stripe can notify your site of a successful payment, and Paid Memberships Pro can create an order and assign a membership level to the user.
You can do this by navigating to Memberships > Settings > Payment Gateway and clicking on the Create (or Rebuild) Webhook button.

Support Manager at Paid Memberships ProHi there, thank you for reaching out to the Paid Memberships Pro team.
Would you mind sending me a link to the product that you purchased?
I can only find this (https://gvectors.com/product/wpforo-paid-membership-pro/) related to Paid Memberships Pro which is an integration Add On that is developed and supported by gVectors.

Support Manager at Paid Memberships ProHi there, thank you for reaching out to the Paid Memberships Pro team.
This Add On only needs to be used if you want to sell Woocommerce products that give users a membership level.
To protect a Woocommerce product that requires a Paid Memberships Pro membership level to access it, a code recipe such as this one (https://gist.github.com/andrewlimaza/809ff896e7b397d28738594e69795f99) can be used.
Using this code recipe can either protect a specific product, or all products in a specific category (you can change lines 20 and 43 depending on what you prefer to use).

Support Manager at Paid Memberships ProHi there, thank you for reaching out to the Paid Memberships Pro team.
Please navigate to Memberships > Settings > Design and set the style to ‘Minimal’ and let me know if the issue persists? I’d like to rule out the possibility of any Paid Memberships Pro’s modern styling possibly interfering with the layout of your pages.

Support Manager at Paid Memberships ProHi there, thank you for reaching out to the Paid Memberships Pro team.
By default, Paid Memberships Pro 3.0+ has built-in Cancel on Next Payment Date functionality which sets an expiration date for members when cancelling early to ensure that they don’t lose access at the time of cancelling.
Please advise what version of Paid Memberships Pro is currently running on your site, and if you have any custom code running that you can share with us?

Please send me the code you have been using to handle this redirect so that I can look further into this for you?

Support Manager at Paid Memberships ProHi there, thank you for reaching out to the Paid Memberships Pro team. I’m sorry to hear of the issues you are experiencing with this.
Please advise what version of Paid Memberships Pro (core) and the Paid Memberships Pro Woocommerce Integration Add On are currently running on your site?
Please also confirm that you created a Woocommerce product and assigned a membership level to it? The error indicates that no levels were assigned to any products by the looks of it.
This can be done by editing your Woo product, scrolling down to the Product Data metabox and clicking on the Memberships tab where you can choose a level.

Support Manager at Paid Memberships ProHi there, thank you for reaching out to the Paid Memberships Pro team.
By default, our BuddyPress Integration Add On automatically gives full access to a group by ‘joining’ them into the group when they receive a membership level (https://github.com/strangerstudios/pmpro-buddypress/blob/dev/includes/groups.php#L42)
I don’t think any of the Paid Memberships Pro hooks would be beneficial for what you need to do though.
I’ve had a look at the BuddyPress forums and found this topic (https://buddypress.org/support/topic/filtering-content/) where you can filter the content. You could hook into these filters, check each message’s date and time, and compare it to the member’s start date which can be obtained from the
MemberOrder
class in Paid Memberships Pro (https://www.paidmembershipspro.com/documentation/advanced/classes/memberorder-class/)If the start date is after the message date, remove the message by returning an empty string. Further development might be required though.
I hope this helps. Feel free to reach out if you have any other questions about this.

Jarryd
