Hi there, thank you for reaching out to the Paid Memberships Pro team.
You can change the colour of these elements by navigating to Memberships > Settings > Design and adjusting the style to match your theme from there.

Support Manager at Paid Memberships ProHi there, thank you for reaching out to the Paid Memberships Pro team.
Please send me a screenshot of how your level has been set up by navigating to Memberships > Settings > Levels > Edit as well as a list of all active plugins on your site so that I can look further into this for you.

Support Manager at Paid Memberships ProHi there, thank you for reaching out to the Paid Memberships Pro team.
This is intentional as PMPro 3.0+ contains our built-in Cancel on Next Payment Date functionality.
This means that the member will maintain access until the next payment date, and only then will they lose access to the content on your site.
If you would like them to cancel and lose access immediately, please refer to the guide we have available at https://www.paidmembershipspro.com/immediate-cancellations/#h-the-code-recipe on how this can be achieved.

Support Manager at Paid Memberships ProHi there, thank you for reaching out to the Paid Memberships Pro team.
Removing and adding membership levels will not reflect automatically in the content that has been protected.
You would need to edit each piece of content and add or remove the respective level that is required for that content.

Support Manager at Paid Memberships ProThank you for your feedback. I’ve created a test page and added a couple of Avada elements to the page, followed by protecting the page using the ‘Require Membership’ metabox.
The content is protected on my side – unfortunately I can’t replicate the behavior you are experiencing.
I would recommend reaching out to a local developer in your area that can login and look further into this for you, or you can post a project on https://jobs.wordpress.net.
If you have any other questions please feel free to reach out and we’d be happy to assist.
Kind Regards,
Jarryd
Support Manager at Paid Memberships ProA non-member is considered a user who is logged in but does not have a membership level. If they are not logged in, they are only a visitor and the element will not show.
Elementor seems to have changed how it renders data and saves if it should show or not at the time of saving the post (based on what I was testing yesterday). We’re still testing this.
Because of this, conditions aren’t reflecting based on the current user on the front end, but rather based on what membership the admin had at the time of saving.
My apologies, this was an error on my part and is caused by the element caching that Elementor has implemented.
We advise not to cache dynamic elements and membership-related content on pages like your membership checkout, account, and profile editing pages, as these areas frequently change based on each individual member.
To turn off caching for those specific elements, edit the Elementor page, click on the element containing the Paid Memberships Pro shortcode, click on the Advanced tab and scroll down to ‘Cache Settings’. Select ‘Inactive’ from the dropdown.
A comprehensive guide on how to do this can be found in Elementor’s documentation at https://elementor.com/help/element-caching-help/

Support Manager at Paid Memberships ProThank you for your feedback. Please try switching to a default WP theme such as Twenty Twenty Four and let me know if the issue persists?

Support Manager at Paid Memberships ProThank you for your feedback. Do you experience the same issue with a post that has not been built with Avada Builder?
I’d like to try and narrow this down and see if it’s an issue on the page builder on the post’s template that could be causing an issue with this.

Jarryd

Support Manager at Paid Memberships ProHi there, thank you for reaching out to the Paid Memberships Pro team.
We have a code recipe available here (https://gist.github.com/andrewlimaza/8a497415f7596a3255ec42c8cc586d58) that you can use to change the ‘Discount Code’ wording throughout the site.
A guide on how to add a code recipe to your site can also be found at https://www.paidmembershipspro.com/create-a-plugin-for-pmpro-customizations/

Support Manager at Paid Memberships ProHi there, thank you for reaching out to the Stranger Studios team.
Do you have any other plugins on your site that hook into your site’s avatars?
I’d recommend turning off all plugins (except the Basic User Avatars plugin) and switching to a core WP theme first and see if the issue persists. If it doesn’t, then something else on your site is hooking into the avatar upload or display process.

Jarryd
Support Manager at Stranger StudiosHi there, thank you for reaching out to the Paid Memberships Pro team.
Cancelling a member via the Member Edit Dashboard allows you to choose if you want to cancel the member on the site only, or at the gateway too. Cancelling the member in PayPal will result in them being cancelled in PayPal and on the site.
For those that you want to work on a one time deal, I’d suggest setting an expiration date on their current memberships and then prompting them to sign up for a new level (whether they have to pay for it or not) so that they can enjoy continued access on your site.

Support Manager at Paid Memberships ProHi there, thank you for reaching out to the Paid Memberships Pro team.
I’m afraid we haven’t had any reports of this issue from other users, and with it being so inconsistent it will be difficult to troubleshoot and narrow down the cause.
As you have already worked through the standard troubleshooting procedures and switched to the default theme as well, please consider reaching out to a developer for further assistance to try and replicate this. Alternatively, please post a project on https://jobs.wordpress.net for someone to troubleshoot this further on your website.
