Thank you for your feedback.
Checking out for the same level multiple times will extend the cancellation date and not reset it.
Please run a test checkout as a new user and let me know if the issue persists?

Support Manager at Paid Memberships ProThank you for your feedback. I’ve visited the checkout page but wasn’t able to find any errors on the page or console log that would affect this.
Does the checkout page (https://www.ebsp.site/membership-account/membership-checkout/?pmpro_level=2) have the
[pmpro_checkout]
on it or another shortcode?Please try deactivating all other plugins except Paid Memberships Pro and let me know if the issue persists?

Support Manager at Paid Memberships ProFurther testing has confirmed that if using Stripe Checkout and the level amount falls below the Stripe minimum charge amount of 0.50USD, it will automatically redirect past the gateway and send you straight to the confirmation page.
$0.50 is the minimum Stripe needs for a payment to be successful, please ensure that your level amount exceeds this.

Support Manager at Paid Memberships ProThank you for your feedback. We already check if it’s an except and remove the no access message. Your theme is likely using the content as an excerpt or something custom – I’m going to look further into this for you and I’ll provide feedback as soon as I can.

Support Manager at Paid Memberships ProHi there, thank you for reaching out to the Paid Memberships Pro team.
We have a guide available here (https://www.paidmembershipspro.com/remove-or-change-the-price-for-membership-is-0-00-now-for-free-membership-levels/) on how to change the wording for a free level.
You can change line 7 from
return '';
toreturn 'Free';
and it will return Free instead of $0.00Kind Regards,

Support Manager at Paid Memberships ProHi there, thank you for reaching out to the Paid Memberships Pro team.
The ‘missing PROFILESTATUS’ error is typically shown when a customer creates a new PayPal account and makes payment online for the first time. Paypal requires a confirmed Paypal account for recurring payments prior to checkout, which doesn’t happen at the time of creating an account for the first time and checking out right there and then.
I would recommend either notifying you customers that they need to have a verified, active PayPal account before checking out, or using a gateway like Stripe, if it’s available in your country, to accept payments.

Please increase the level amount to 10 lei or more and let me know if the issue persists? (Just the initial amount set to 10 Lei and no expiration date or trial set). Testing with 1 lei is less than the Stripe minimum $0.50 that can be charged and I’d like to rule this out as it being the cause behind this.

To determine the cause to this issue, we will need to run Paid Memberships Pro in an isolated environment to ensure this isn’t a bug with Paid Memberships Pro itself.
While we try our best to integrate with all plugins and themes there may be conflicting logic or interference with Paid Memberships Pro.
If you cannot afford to deactivate all plugins except Paid Memberships Pro on your live site, I highly recommend running these tests on a staging environment before applying the fix to your live site.
You will need to deactivate all plugins except Paid Memberships Pro and retest your checkout and steps. After each test, you may activate another plugin (one at a time) and the last plugin activated before the issue returns is the culprit and we can dig into this a bit further and try and assess the situation better.
If you need more assistance or help implementing these tests, a local WordPress developer or freelancer may be able to help with this. You can post a job request on https://jobs.wordpress.net

Support Manager at Paid Memberships ProHi there, thank you for reaching out to the Paid Memberships Pro team.
Would you mind sending me a screenshot of what you are seeing, as well as something to show what you are expecting or would prefer to see so that I can look further into this for you?

Support Manager at Paid Memberships ProHi there, thank you for reaching out to the Paid Memberships Pro team.
Paid Memberships Pro ships with built-in User Fields functionality (found under Memberships > Settings > User Fields) where you can create unlimited form fields and display them on the Paid Memberships Pro checkout and profile pages.
Members can submit information to those fields and it will save, however we don’t track the history of changes – this would need to be custom developed.
These fields won’t show in a WooCommerce checkout page though and depending on how you create those fields, the values may or may not sync between the forms.
If you are using WooCommerce as the primary checkout, I would recommend exploring a third-party WooCommerce plugin that creates multiple forms and or fields and can track changes to those fields.

Jarryd
