Thanks for your reply. I just updated to version 2.0.8 and tried again and but I’m still getting the error message that a number have failed and “Failed/Skipped – User with same Email already exists.”

Thanks Jason, the curly quotes were causing the problem. It’s working correctly now.

But it just links to the Youtube page/URL and it’s meant to open a lightbox on the same page with the embedded video.
