WordPress CMS is PHP dependent and build in PHP code. In order to run the CMS you must need first to install PHP in your server.

You can research in web on how to install PHP depending you server.

Solution: You must login to your FTP Account and delete the index.html which saying the temporary message.

Did you upload your wordpress site under this folder directory?
