Just figured it out. Apparently you HAVE to unzip the contents of WordPress to it’s own folder under xampp\htdocs. Why, I don’t know. But that’s the only location that I was able to get WordPress to work in.
Anyone? If it helps, I read ALL of the other related posts I could find and none helped me.
