and this

Looks to me that those are the responsible for outputing the header and the footer.

Arrgghh… That’s painful…

If I will make my own theme, it will beat the very purpose of my question because I want to publish a theme based page using all the features of the theme I bought without the headers and other stuff I mentioned.

Looks like a dead end to me ??

Hope someone else have a solution. I was expecting to have something like page template approach.
