Thank you! I just went through the troubleshooting. I think the problem was between Divi and Yoast.

Did you just enter troubleshooting mode and then exit? I tried that and it didn’t work for me. I’m having the same issue.

Right now, I have renamed the plugin file so it isn’t exactly uninstalled but at least the site is working. I can’t turn the plugin on and click that box to remove the files upon deactivation. Thank you.

Can I just start over and reinstall the plugin? Would I use the WF Assistant plugin to remove all the old plugin data and then install WF again? Is there anything else I would need to do?

I haven’t created anything. I was just searching to see if that functionality was available with this plugin since I use it on so many sites.

I saw this: “Easily add Mailchimp forms to any post or page with our custom editor button or with a shortcode” and thought you had a button that I could use that would have a popup form.

Thank you so much! I should have thought to look at another browser. I cleared the cache from the server and from my Chrome browser. That usually does it. After I cleared my browsing history on Chrome, it let me see the related posts. Thank you again!

This goes to a domain email so it’s through cpanel/webmail. I tested on a couple of different emails. One is read by pulling it up in Microsoft Office 365. The other is on a Mac.

How can I tell? I’m not sure.

I’ve checked some more and there was a person named Patricia Hope who contacted us via the contact form. Not long after, the emails started coming from Patricia Hope instead of WordPress.

The emails are from people who filled out our contact form. Or, people who comment on the blog where we have comment moderation turned on.

Those emails used to say WordPress. Now, they say Patricia Hope.

How could I tell if they are not actually coming from WordPress? The email address says wordpress@(thesitesdomain).

It also does it for comment moderation which is a WordPress function. I don’t think the contact plugin has anything to do with blog comments. I can ask at Contact Form 7. Thank you for the link.

I am using Contact Form 7. I just installed Caldera Forms yesterday afternoon with the intent of switching from Contact Form 7 in case that’s what was causing the problem. Both were downloaded from the WordPress repository.

I am using the Divi theme from Elegant Themes and a Divi child theme from Divi Space created using their child theme builder.

I have the same issue. I just went back to version 3.2.5 and it has the issue as well. I want to upload a new PDF version of some files. It shows in the preview that it is the new file. But, when I look at it from a hyperlink on the site, it’s the old version. And, if I put the URL for the document in the address bar, it is the old document. I’ve already flushed my server cache and my deleted my browser history.

OK. I wasn’t sure if something needed to be restarted in the process. I will check with the host.
