Actually, I managed to add the featured image through the settings on Jetpack’s website, not my blog’s settings. As for the excerpt, I was hoping for a filter to include it as a “subheadline” or “deck” (I’m not sure of the right term — English isn’t my first language), but I’m fine with waiting for a future update. Oh, absolutely, I’ve had enough of Elementor-related troubles. However, they were all resolved with an update (there are clients who do not update their paid plugins, unless they suffer some external pressure to do it).

It’s most likely due to an older version of Elementor (I hate this plugin). But it’s a shot in the dark because no idea can be made without first inspecting the errors in the browser console.

I had the same problem. My functional workaround was installing the “Gutenberg” plugin. So far, so good.

In such a case, I’ll wait for the next release of the plugin. I think it’s safer than dealing with patches, and due to the end of the fiscal year I’ll be under big pressure for the next two weeks.

I’ve cleaned all caches, including Cloudflare and browser, but it does not work.

I just checked the fix you provided. Everything seems fine, but the option to clear CF page in Dashboard disappeared.

A minor annoyance, but if it could be brought back in wp-admin context, it would be superb.

So, I’ve decided not to include our scripts on AMP pages as they were getting stripped out by the AMP system anyway but by doing this the admin side validation errors will not occur anymore.

This is good enough.

I’m going to download the fix and give it a try, but since it’s working time now, I’ll take longer to do that.

Of course I wouldn’t open a ticket without having had issues with the plugin! I used it a lot, and had to deactivate it when I migrated my sites to AMP.

I’m going to make some new tests, and share any new thoughts with you.

Thank you, @muhammedswalihct, for explaining what’s obvious to me but I didn’t had the energy to put in words.

AMP pages also need caching because Google only caches and serves cached content in specific conditions, not all the time.

In such a case, the plugin is not AMP compatible, it just doesn’t act on AMP pages.

To be compatible, it should allow Cloudflare to cache all pages (including AMP) without inserting elements that prevent AMP validation.

It’s a reality that several websites don’t have AMP/non-AMP versions anymore; mine, for instance, are all AMP despite the device they are running on.
