I got a similar SSL-error after I moved from linux to a windows server:

SSL certificate problem: unable to get local issuer certificate

If I “disable SSL”, I get the green string “verified”, but then there’s just the widget-text: “no api key”.

I already tried the tip above, but it did not work…

Line 31 in the file mentioned above. I just noticed there’s just “line 3”. I am sorry.

Okay, I’ve simply commented the mentioned line, which seems to help for now ??

I’ve noticed your new update which contained this:

“Added: Check for PHP’s Safe Mode as the GeoIP code does not function with it enabled.”

Sadly, I’m still getting my “Composer-Error”. What exactly should I remove or disable?
