How do I submit a ticket to wf

It is a 503 Error Block. I put it WF into learning mode. When I log out I am still getting the message “Your access to this site has been temporarily limited by the site owner” I can get around that by opening in a new tab, however, it bypasses log in and goes straight to the backend as though I did not log out. That seems like a very bad problem.

I cleared the browser cache. I do not have a plugin cache. When I deactivate JetPack I am able to log in but I still receive the lock out message when I log out. I need JetPack so how do I rectify this problem?

The activity detail from WF only shows that I am blocked.

I sent an image of the wording of the block to wftest.

Thank you so much for your quick response! I followed your directions and have sent you the diagnostic report. However, when I log out I immediately get the message that access to the site is limited by the site owner. I can still log in as usual though. Thank you for your help!
