We found a workaround using the transformation option. How? Doing a multiplication with the value of order ID. The transformation example could be [{order_id}*10] and not will match with the existent post ID.

This works fine with the initial import, but, if you create new content (a page, post, image, etc…) this will create a new row in the posts table with the next ID available, and if you want to import again for add new orders, this will crash by Order(id) conflicts.

So, is there any way to set the field (or combination) for set unique key if order_id is not selected?

I installed the StoreFront theme with the 8.4.0 version of WooCommerce and the issue remains

Then I had a downgrade to 8.3.1 version of WooCommerce and firstly the data did not appear, but after fill again and save, it was ever again available and editable.

After do these two tests, I updated again WooCommerce from 8.3.1 to 8.4.0 with WordPress plugins administration, I went again to WC -> Settings -> Shipping -> Edit Zone -> Edit Shipping methods, and the values are not available.

I hope that these tests can help to find the issue root

First, to be sure, I have disabled all plugins (also wpml) but this behiavor still happen.

I debugged in local and at this point esc_attr( $this->get_option( $key ) gets the right value from options, but when the code does the flush in page, the value in form input fields are empty. Only works fine when value is numeric.

One thing I didn’t remember to say is we are using WPML for translate our site. Could it be related?

More debug info:

We have debuged the fetch “edit” action, and seems that all data is correct. Shipping class cost are available in property settings, but the HTML generated for load into the modal edition has not these values.

The value 12345 is the only one that is being displayed in the form field, but not the formula values.

Yes! Export and import nativelly from the plugin would be great for future versions ??

Anyway we did it with the export and import tool of WordPress (and a lot of patience)

First, we have exported Scrollsequence content (posts)

Second, we have exported the media (cleaning unused images from the resultant xml, etc…)

It’s a little tricky, but works ??

After review it and discarding some possible causes that you’ve comented, I suspect it is because the site has performance issues. There are more cron jobs running apparently without problems. I’ll keep investigating.

I have the same problem (with WPML returning an internal 500 server error).

I solved the problem when I commented on the function flush_rewrite_rules() in ls_cb_main plugin class, into the register_post() function.

When this function is called, with a non-default language selected, WordPress overwrites .htaccess and changes some rules with the prefix of the actual language.

Another solution is setting the only read permission for the .htaccess file (444)
