You can try it here in https://www.edibles.cz/shop where you can in left column change the currency to euro. Then add for example this product https://www.edibles.eu/product/terc-s-vlastnim-obrazkem/ and in cart set shipping PPL for 3.26euro, DPH (vat) is then calculate for 15.06 euro.. i will create today a test site and create an access for you.
